By accessing or using LessFiltered and its products, including LF Meet and LF Inbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products.
2. About LessFiltered
LessFiltered provides software tools for managers and senior leaders. Our products are designed to support better team conversations and help leaders understand what their teams are experiencing. Current products are LF Meet and LF Inbox, both in beta.
3. Use of LF Meet
LF Meet is a tool for managers to focus their 1:1 conversations and track whether they are covering what each person on their team actually needs. Built on Gallup’s Q12 framework, it surfaces the right topics for the right person at the right time, supporting both better conversations and stronger ongoing engagement.
By using LF Meet you agree to:
- Use the tool for its intended purpose of managing and preparing for conversations with your direct reports
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Not share your account with others or use it on behalf of a third party without authorisation
The tool is provided as a beta product. Features and functionality may change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Use of LF Inbox
LF Inbox is an anonymous team feedback service for leaders. By signing up for LF Inbox access you agree to:
- Use the service for its intended purpose of collecting honest, anonymous input from your team
- Introduce the service to your team honestly and accurately, including its anonymous nature
- Not attempt to identify individual submitters from the content of submissions
- Not use the service in a way that could be considered surveillance or that violates the trust of your team members
As a leader using LF Inbox, you are the data controller for how the service is used within your organisation. LessFiltered acts as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Beta products
Both LF Meet and LF Inbox are currently in beta. This means:
- The products are functional but still in active development
- Features may change, be added, or be removed
- We welcome feedback and will stay in close contact with beta users
- Pricing has not yet been finalised for all features
We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect your use of the products.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use LessFiltered products for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without permission
- Use the platform in a way that could harm, harass, or discriminate against others
7. Intellectual property
All content on LessFiltered, including design, branding, structure, and tool functionality, is the intellectual property of LessFiltered. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without prior written permission.
8. No advice or guarantee
LessFiltered products are tools to support leadership and team management. They do not constitute professional, legal, HR, or psychological advice. The Gallup Q12 framework used in LF Meet is referenced for informational purposes. LessFiltered is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gallup.
We make no guarantee that use of our products will result in specific outcomes for team engagement, retention, or performance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LessFiltered is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Blog subscription
By subscribing to the LessFiltered blog you consent to receive periodic email updates when new content is published. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. We handle your email in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
