A client meeting went badly when our demo crashed.
I panicked, but while my colleague fixed it, I found myself calmly explaining what we were trying to show. I left their office afterwards with the biggest smile on my face!
Having bi-weekly one-on-ones with my team members. I regularly doubt if they are beneficial to them. Today, someone on my team told me that our one-on-ones actually help her think through problems.
Stopped myself sending an email at 11pm.
It's now scheduled to go out at 8:01AM.
I don't want my team to know I'm working that late at night, even though it works for me.
It gives me flexibility at other times during the day.
One of my team members looked surprised when I gave him really positive feedback. Like he wasn't used to hearing it.
It seems that I am not as generous with my praise as I should be. And it made me wonder, who is noticing what I do?

Went into the office today for “networking” and spent 6 hours on Zoom calls with colleagues in other locations.
Am I the only one feeling very demanding, when interacting with ChatGPT? Their responses are always very nice and professional, but still…
I felt like there wasn't time for lunch, but after hanging out with friends from work, I feel less stressed and have new ideas on how to approach my projects.
